Greetings!
I am Heidi, the owner of Evergreen Faerie Knots. I started this shop as a means to channel my creative expression and inspire any passerby's to look at their inner artistic selves! My hope is to bring you fun pieces that provide glimmers of joy. Laughter is my favorite medicine, and fantasy is my favorite reality.
As a social worker, I am a strong advocate for mental health. You may have seen on my Tiktoks where I take the influence of nature and emphasize on self-care and mental rest. This is important for everyone! It is also important to understand that in this unruly modern world, "it is okay to not be okay". The pressures of society can be crushing. Find comfort in knowing that the earth cries also, as the rain comes pouring down. We find growth through dirt and darkness, reaching for light. For what are stars without the darkness? Remember to give yourself the same grace as you do nature.
I hold an Associates of Applied Science in Human and Social Services, Bachelor's of Social Work (BSW), and continue to work toward a Master's of Social Work (MSW), with the intention of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy to my community.
